A bit about me..
Hello! My name is Amanda. I am based in Auckland, New Zealand. I am partner to Aki, and a proud mum to 7-year-old, Esme & 2 year old, Micah.
I have completed my Master of Nursing and work as an experienced paediatric nurse specializing in intensive care with over 10 years of experience.
Shift work initially prepared me for the disrupted sleep that came with my first child, but it was nothing compared to the rollercoaster journey of sleep that followed!
I was fortunate to be able to independently sleep train both my little ones in order to improve sleep for our household. While on maternity leave with my youngest, I realized how sleep was a common issue amongst friends & nursing colleagues with little ones so I decided to embark on the journey of understanding sleep in hopes to be able to support others.
If your finding sleep challenging with your little one know that you are not alone —many parents are in the same boat! With the right resources and guidance, you too can improve sleep for your little one and get much needed rest for yourself.
As an Internationally Certified Infant & Child Sleep Consultant, my goal is to make sleep help accessible to all and to help families establish healthy sleep patterns and find their rhythm in the realm of sleep. My approach is rooted in compassion and understanding, recognizing that every child is unique. Through personalized guidance, I help parents navigate the journey to restful nights and joyful days.
